We operate out of Room No.02 in Waghwala Chawl. It is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with the pincode 400069. Being in a chawl means we are right in the middle of a very busy and crowded neighborhood. There is always something going on outside our door, whether it’s people chatting, kids playing, or the general sounds of the street. Our office is very small and quite humble. We don't have any of the fancy stuff you find in those big corporate buildings. It’s just us, some old furniture, and our ledgers. The space is a bit cramped, but we have been here for a long time and it feels like home to us. During the monsoon, things can get a bit difficult with the rain and the dampness, but we just manage like everyone else in the area. We don't have a big team of people; it is just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know all the locals and they know us. There is a small tea stall just a few steps away where we get our morning chai, and that’s usually the highlight of the day. We don't try to pretend to be anything more than what we are. We are just a local business doing our work in a very traditional Mumbai setting. It’s honest, it’s a bit noisy, and it’s where we belong.
