We’ve been based out of Kolshet Road for quite some time now. Thane West is where everything happens for us daily. Lanxess India Pvt.Ltd is basically a bunch of people trying to keep things running smooth in the chemical industry. Our office isn't anything too crazy, just a regular place where we show up and do our jobs. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re pretty much a local crowd. You’ll usually see us heading out for lunch or grabbing a quick chai at the stalls down the street. Working in Thane means dealing with the humidity and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle a lot of different products, mostly specialty stuff that goes into making other things. It’s practical work. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy speeches or big meetings that don’t go anywhere. Usually, it's just about checking the inventory or making sure the orders are lined up right. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. We’ve seen Kolshet Road transform from a quiet area to a really busy hub. It’s nice to be part of that growth. We just focus on what’s in front of us. If you drop by, you’ll see people at their desks, probably looking at spreadsheets or talking to vendors. It is what it is. We are just a solid team making a living here in Thane.
