You can find us over at Empire Estate on August Kranti Marg in Mumbai. We are in the A Wing on the 9th floor, Plot No. 147. This part of the city has a lot of history, and the building itself has been around for quite a bit. Working at Langham Hospitality from here means we are right in the thick of things. The traffic outside on the main road is almost constant, with horns honking throughout the day. Inside the office, it’s much quieter, though you can still hear the city hum. We have a simple layout with a few cabins and an open area for the staff. It’s not the kind of place with marble floors or expensive art. We have our files, our computers, and our coffee mugs. The windows are usually shut to keep the dust out. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with different hospitality tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of paperwork to sort through. Lunch is a quiet affair, usually at our desks or in the small pantry area. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on our daily responsibilities. We’ve been in this location for a while and have a routine that works for everyone. It’s just a group of people making sure everything stays on track. We are usually here from Monday to Friday, keeping things moving as best as we can without making too much fuss.
