This office is located right in the New Mahada Colony in Dindoshi. If you know Malad East, you know it can get pretty crowded, but our little corner in 2D/704 is where we manage things. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time. It’s more of a functional space than a showroom. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood thing. We’re part of the L&T family, but at this address, it’s just a small team focusing on our specific tasks. The building is one of those standard residential-style blocks, so it’s quiet enough to get work done. We start early most days. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually grab a quick break. It’s not about being corporate; it’s about making sure the jobs get finished. We deal with whatever comes our way, from paperwork to coordinating with other sites. Sometimes the elevator in the colony takes forever, so we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a very local way of working. We don't use big signs or anything. People who need to find us usually know the way to Nnp. We’ve got our rhythm here. Every day is a bit different, but we try to stay on top of the pile. It’s a simple office for simple, hard work. We like it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing what needs to be done.
