L&T Intergated Engineering Services

L&T Intergated Engineering Services is based in the L&T Business Park in Powai. Specifically, we are on the 3rd floor of Tower B. You have to go through Gate No. 5 on Saki-Vihar Road to find us. It’s a big complex, so it can be a little confusing for people visiting for the first time. Inside, it’s a typical engineering office. There are long rows of desks with big monitors for the design work we do. It’s often quiet because everyone is concentrated on their drawings or calculations. We have a lot of technical discussions, usually huddled around someone’s screen or at a small table in the corner. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most popular spot in the office. Powai is a busy part of Mumbai, and the traffic on Saki-Vihar Road is almost always heavy, but once you’re inside the Business Park, it’s a bit more settled. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just some project charts and maybe a few personal photos on the desks. It’s a place for serious engineering work, and the people here really know their stuff. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just want to get the technical details right. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, but we work through it together. Most of us head out together when the late shift finally ends.
