L&T Baroda

Even though the name says L&T Baroda, we are actually located in Mulund West, right here in Mumbai. Our office is at number 4, Motinagar. It’s right near Nirmal Lifestyle on LBS Marg, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside. We handle a lot of the coordination work from this spot. The office isn’t very big, but it definitely suits our needs for now. We have a small team here that manages the daily tasks. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and head home. The traffic on LBS Marg can be a nightmare, so we usually get an early start to avoid the worst of it. It’s a practical setup in a residential-commercial mix area. We’ve been in this building for a while and have gotten to know the other tenants. Most of the time, we are just heads down, working through whatever needs to be done. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are looking for this specific branch office. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We just try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about anything. That’s how we like to do things around here, and it seems to work out just fine for everyone involved.
