Landmark Group

The Landmark Group office is located in Malad, specifically in the Orlem area. We are on the second floor of the Trezave Building on D’Monte Lane. If you know Malad, you know it’s always moving. D’Monte Lane is a bit tucked away, which is actually quite nice compared to the main road noise. Our space is pretty basic. We have some filing cabinets that are overflowing and a couple of fans that make a bit of a rattling noise. It’s just part of the charm of working in an older Mumbai building, I guess. We spend our days handling whatever comes across our desks. There’s no big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in. Sometimes we grab snacks from the vendors downstairs when we need a break. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where space is tight, but we make it work. We’ve been at 400064 for a long time now. People sometimes get lost looking for the Trezave building because the sign is a bit small. We tell them to look for the church nearby and then head down the lane. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just an office where real people work. We deal with the commute and the monsoon leaks just like everyone else in the city. It’s our little corner of Mumbai where we keep things running as best as we can. We try to leave before the train rush gets too bad.
