We are located at 21 on the ground floor of the Girikunj building. It’s right on S V Road in Borivali West, very close to the old railway crossing. If you’ve ever sat in traffic at that crossing, you’ve probably seen our building. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time now. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy wooden furniture and a lot of files stacked up. We keep things simple here. There’s a ceiling fan that’s been wobbling for years but still keeps the air moving. Most of our day is spent dealing with customers who come in from the street or people we’ve known for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of place, as you can tell by the name on the door. We don't really go in for modern office decor. It’s more about having a reliable place where people can find us. The noise from S V Road is constant, but it’s just part of the background now. Sometimes the trains passing nearby make the windows rattle a little. We have a small kettle in the back for making tea during the slow hours. People in Borivali know this area well, so we don't need to give much direction. We just open up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home when it’s late. It’s a steady life and we’ve grown fond of this little corner near the tracks. We don't need fancy stuff to get the job done.
