You can find Lalit Kumar & Co up on the second floor of Jasraj Bhawan. We are right there in the middle of Kalbadevi, situated near the Zandu Pharmacy on Gokhale Road. It is a very crowded area but we actually like being right in the center of all the noise. Our office is a bit on the small side and it is usually filled up with files and folders. We have been operating from this 64A address for quite a few years now. Most of our daily work involves handling business papers and dealing with various local trade matters. It is a lot of sitting at our desks and making sure all the numbers match up at the end of the day. Being so close to the pharmacy is a helpful landmark for people who are trying to find us for the first time. The stairs going up to the second floor are a bit steep and narrow. We don't have any fancy decorations or art on the walls. It is just a plain workspace for us to get things done. We know most of the other shop owners around Gokhale Road by name. It is a pretty tight community in this building. Sometimes it gets really loud outside with all the market noise, but we just keep our heads down and focus on the work. We are not a big firm at all. It is just a small team of us doing our daily tasks.
