Lakshyavedh Institute Of Leadership & Ex is tucked away on the first floor of the Kakad Industrial Estate. If you know Mahim, you know Sitaram Keer Marg can get pretty busy, especially since it is just off L J Road. We've been operating out of Plot-233 for a while now. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly a quiet spot, but it feels real and grounded. We spend our days working with people who want to figure out how to lead their teams a bit better. It’s mostly just sitting in the office, answering phone calls, and prepping for the next session. We don't use a lot of fancy words or corporate talk here. People come in, we talk about their actual work problems, and we see what can be done to help. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a full house, but it works for what we do. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but we don't mind it much. We drink a lot of tea to stay energized and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It's just a group of us trying to help others get a handle on their leadership stuff without any ego involved. Nothing too fancy, just regular folks doing their jobs in a busy part of the city. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years we've been here.
