Lagoona London Salon & Spa

Lagoona London Salon & Spa is based in Borivali West, specifically at Satra Park on Shimpoli Road. Our unit is G 48. We are fairly close to Kastur Park, which is a well-known spot around here. Shimpoli Road is always a bit of a scramble with cars and rickshaws, so being inside the Satra Park complex is a bit of a relief. The shop is one of those places where you can come for a quick haircut or stay longer for the spa stuff. We have a few rooms in the back for the spa treatments. It’s usually dim back there to keep it calm. The front part is where all the hair and nail work happens. It’s a lot of mirrors and chairs, like any other salon. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been working in Borivali for years. We talk about what’s happening in the market or the new restaurants opening up nearby. It’s not a high-pressure environment. People come in, we do the work, and they head back out to the Shimpoli traffic. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting on the sofa, and we offer them water while they scroll on their phones. It’s just a regular local salon. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open up in the morning and stay until the last appointment is finished.
