La Nova Chem India Pvt Ltd is over here in Malad West, right near Liberty Garden. We’ve been at this spot in NSC Colony for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the chemical stuff and making sure the paperwork for our orders is straight. It gets a bit busy around here because of the Mamletdar Wadi extension traffic, but we manage. We aren’t a huge team, just regular people trying to get things done right the first time. Sometimes we’re on the phone all morning dealing with suppliers or checking on shipments that are coming into the city. It’s not always glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps the wheels turning. The office is pretty simple, nothing fancy to see, just desks and files mostly. We know the neighbors around Navy Nagar well enough. Usually, we just focus on the day-to-day tasks like keeping track of the inventory and answering emails from clients who need specific supplies. If there’s a problem with a delivery, we stay late to fix it. That's just how we do things here. It's a local operation mostly, even if the name sounds a bit official. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it’s familiar. We have our routine and we stick to it. Every now and then the internet goes slow, but we deal with it. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day to our families without any big headaches.
