L & K Facades

Our workshop for L & K Facades is located at Plot No-5, Rampyare House in Chunabhatti. It is right opposite S.V. Road and very close to the bus depot, which makes it easy for our guys to get to work every morning. Being near the depot means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We mostly deal with the outside parts of buildings, which is hard work and keeps us pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our tools and handle the paperwork. Sometimes the desk gets a bit messy with all the drawings and site notes piled up. We have a small crew and we have stayed at this spot for a while because it is central for our projects. Traffic on S.V. Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early before things get stuck. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most people find us because they saw our work somewhere else or someone told them about Rampyare House. It is just honest labor and trying to keep up with the schedules we are given. It gets hot in the summer in the workshop, but we keep the fans going and just push through the day. We are just normal people trying to do a good job on every building we touch.
