We set up our spot at Plot 2869/B in Bajrang Nagar. It is in the Manewada area, which is a pretty regular neighborhood. We don’t have a big flashy sign or a lobby. It’s more of a workspace where we handle things. The name says Agriqua, so we are usually dealing with a mix of agriculture and water-related stuff. It gets pretty hot here in Nagpur, so the fan is usually running all day long. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at lists. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We usually have papers scattered across the desk and maybe some samples of equipment lying in the corner. The road outside can get a bit loud with the local traffic. We have been in this spot for a bit now, and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a lot of extra staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be doing the books and the next you are out back checking on some supplies. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just focus on getting the daily jobs done without making a big fuss about it. That is the way we like to run things here. It's just a normal day-to-day business for us, trying to stay organized and keep things moving. There is always something to fix.
