You can find us at Unit No. 23 inside the K. C. Laxmi Industrial Estate. It is situated on New Link Road in the Versova area of Andheri West. Being inside an industrial estate means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. There are delivery bikes zipping by and people carrying boxes all day long. Our unit is a bit tucked away in the back, so it usually takes a minute for people to find the right door. Inside, it is packed with all sorts of outdoor gear and supplies for the trips we organize. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling, mostly filled with tents, ropes, and bags. It’s not a very polished space at all. The paint is peeling in a few spots and there is a lot of dust that comes in from the road outside. We have a small wooden table where we sit to look at maps and talk about different routes. The noise from the traffic on New Link Road is always there in the background. We get our tea from the same guy every morning who comes around with a large kettle. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and we’ve been part of it for a while. We don’t have a big fancy storefront. It’s more of a warehouse and office mix where we get things ready. People usually call us first because the estate can be a bit confusing to navigate. We are just a small group doing our thing from this corner of Andheri.
