Our group is called Kulbhushan Farmers Producer Company Limited. We are located at Dl 75 in Sawargaon Dukare, which is in the Chikhli area of Buldhana. This is real farming country out here. We aren't a big city company with a lot of polish. We are a group of people who understand the soil and the crops because that's what we live with every day. The office is a simple place where we come together to talk about the season, the prices, and how to help each other out. Buldhana is a tough place to farm sometimes because of the weather, but we’ve been here for generations. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just speak plainly. We work with local farmers to make sure they get a fair shake. It’s about being a collective. Sometimes we meet under a tree, sometimes in the office. It’s not about the building; it’s about the people. We handle the selling and the distribution so the farmers can focus on growing. It’s a lot of responsibility and we don’t take it lightly. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it’s the rain or the market going down. We just keep pushing through it together. There are no fancy speeches here, just hard work and a bit of hope for a good harvest. We take each day as it comes and keep moving forward with our work.
