Krushinova Producer Company Limited is situated at At Post Washi. Our office is in H.No. 4207/1, which is right in the heart of the taluka. Washi is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business, so we fit right in. We are a group of producers who decided to join forces. The office isn't much to look at, just a regular room in a regular house, but it serves its purpose. We spend our days coordinating with various farmers in the Washi area. It involves a lot of back-and-forth travel and plenty of phone calls. The building is older, and it has that smell of old paper and tea, which I kind of like. We don't have a website that we update every day or a fancy logo on everything. We just have our name and this address where we do our business. Most of the time, the talk is about the soil, the water levels, and who is growing what this year. It is a very grounded way to live and work. We have had our share of ups and downs, especially when the rains are late, but we just keep going. It is not about being the biggest company around. It is just about making sure we can all keep farming and make a bit of progress each year. That is really all there is to it, just keeping the work going and staying steady.
