Krishna Mobile

Krishna Mobile is our small business located in Andheri East. It’s one of those shops that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We have a lot of competition around here, but we’ve managed to stay open by just being helpful to the people who live nearby. The shop is filled with screen protectors, cables, and various phone models. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze behind the counter when we are both back there. Andheri East is always loud with the traffic and the metro construction, so there’s never a truly quiet moment. We spend most of our day repairing screens or helping people set up their new phones because they can't figure out the settings. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what things cost and how long a repair will take. Sometimes we can't find the right part immediately, and it takes a couple of days to order it in. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep our energy up. The shop floor is a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic over the years, but we try to keep it clean. It’s just me and my brother running the place. We’ve lived in this area our whole lives, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a snack around here. We just want to provide a simple service to the neighborhood without any unnecessary drama. It's just a regular shop.
