Kraftwerk Engineering

Kraftwerk Engineering is our workshop located at No. 18, Chandini on R.B. Mehta Road. We’re in the Ghatkopar East area. It’s a place where we get our hands dirty every day. We handle various engineering tasks, mostly repairs and small-scale fabrication. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots here and there. We have a few lathes and some welding equipment. It’s not a shiny lab; it’s a real workshop. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The building, Chandini, is well-known around here. We work with metal and machines all day long. Sometimes the noise is quite a bit, so we apologize to the neighbors when it gets loud. It’s just the nature of the work. We aren't engineers in white coats. We’re the guys who fix things when they break. We use a lot of grease and old tools that have been passed down. Every day brings a different problem to solve. We don't have a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us at the back with a wrench in hand. We take things as they come and try to do a solid job. R.B. Mehta Road is usually busy, so there’s always something going on outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machinery. It’s what we know how to do. It is a long day but good work.
