We are over here on the first floor on Rao Saheb Achutrao Patwardhan Marg. If you know the Four Bungalows area in Andheri West, then you probably know where we are. It gets pretty crowded around here during the day. Our staff comes in early to get things ready before the first lot of people shows up. The hospital is a big place but our bit of it feels a bit more manageable once you get through the main doors. We spend a lot of time checking paperwork and talking to families who are waiting around. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so some of us just use the stairs since we are only on the first floor anyway. It's just a regular workplace really. We’ve got desks that are a bit cluttered and there is always someone looking for a pen that actually works. Most days go by in a blur of appointments and phone calls. You can hear the traffic outside from Andheri constantly, which is just part of the background noise now. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when many people arrive at once. We’ve been at this address for a good while and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit around us. There are always new shops opening up nearby. We just keep doing what we do every day, making sure the rooms are clean and the files are where they should be for the doctors.
