Kohinoor Continental

Kohinoor Continental is over in Andheri East, specifically in the Thakur Complex area. Our address is 400069. Being in Andheri means it’s always loud and crowded outside. There are people moving everywhere, and the traffic is something we just have to live with. Our building has been here for a while and it fits right in with the rest of the complex. We aren't a fancy boutique place. We are just a hotel where people stay when they have business in this part of Mumbai. The staff here works in shifts, and there’s always someone at the desk, no matter what time it is. We spend a lot of time answering the same questions about where the nearest shops are or how to get a taxi. It’s a repetitive job, but it’s what we do. The rooms are basic and we keep them as clean as we can, even though the Mumbai humidity makes everything a bit difficult. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just a place to sleep and maybe have a quick meeting if you need to. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but they get you where you need to go. Most of our guests are just here for a night or two before moving on to their next destination. It’s a practical spot in a very busy part of town. We just keep the doors open and do our best every day.
