You can find us at Shop No. 76 in Nehru Nagar, Kurla East. It’s a small office, typical of the shops you find around this part of Mumbai. We don't treat patients here ourselves; instead, we handle the management and consultancy side of things for hospitals. There’s usually a lot of paperwork on the desks and phones ringing. Kurla East is a crowded, lively place, and Nehru Nagar has its own rhythm. We fit right into that. Our day is mostly spent talking to hospital owners or looking over files to see how things can run a bit smoother. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it’s necessary for keeping things organized. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team in Shop 76 trying to help other healthcare places stay on track. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. We’ve been in this spot for some time, so we know the local vendors and the other shopkeepers around us. It’s an unpretentious setup. No fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes. We show up, drink our tea, and get through the administrative tasks that hospitals need help with. It’s just regular work in a regular part of the city. We keep it simple and focus on the paperwork.
