Kismat Goods Transport

We’re up on the 12th floor here in Kumbharwada Vakola, which is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, though luckily it usually works. Kismat Goods Transport is really about moving things from one place to another. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure things are where they should be. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office at B/1205 is where the paperwork happens. We handle a lot of receipts and logs. It can get pretty noisy around here with all the traffic, but that’s just how Vakola is. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Dealing with goods means there’s always something being loaded or unloaded somewhere else while we track it from here. It gets a bit messy with all the files on the desks, but we know where everything is. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us making sure the trucks are moving. Sometimes there are delays because of the roads or weather, and that’s when the phones start ringing a lot. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can without too much trouble. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. Most of our day is just logistics and chatting with people about their deliveries. It's a plain office, nothing special to look at, just a place to work and get things done.
