Kirti College

Kirti College has been here on Kashinath Dhuru Road for quite a while now. If you know Dadar West, you know how crowded it gets near Veer Savarkar Marg, but our spot is just off that main noise. We’ve got students coming in from all over Mumbai because the train station isn't too far. It’s an old building, and it shows its age in places, but it’s got character. We try to keep the hallways clean and the classrooms ready for the morning rush. Most of the staff has been here for years. We aren't trying to be the most modern campus in Maharashtra, we just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids have a place to study. You’ll see students hanging out near the gates or grabbing snacks nearby before their next lecture. It’s a very typical Mumbai college life here. The rain sometimes makes things difficult during monsoon, but we keep the doors open. We don't have a lot of flashy posters or big marketing teams. It's just a regular college where people come to get their degrees. We do our work, the students do theirs, and life goes on in Dadar. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the decades, but the college stays pretty much the same, just doing what it’s always done for the community. It is a busy place, but we like the energy the students bring every morning.
