We are located up on the second floor of Ready Money Terrace, right there at Worli Naka. Being on Dr. Annie Besant Road means it's always humming with traffic outside, but inside we are just dealing with hydraulic parts and systems. It’s a bit of a climb up to Plot No. 7, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the way. The office is usually stacked with catalogs and some parts waiting to be shipped out. We deal with a lot of different hydraulic components, trying to keep track of what people in the industry need. It isn’t the quietest office because the phone rings quite a bit with people looking for specific valves or pumps. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the piles of paperwork get ahead of us. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees; we're just a group of people who understand how these systems work. When a customer calls with a problem, we just look through what we have and see if we can find the right fit. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy presentations. If the part works, that's what matters in the end. Dealing with hydraulics can be messy sometimes, but being here in Worli keeps us right in the middle of everything. It’s a solid place to work from and we have a good view of the street from the second floor.
