Kiran Printing Press

At Kiran Printing Press, we operate out of Shop No 1 in the Kothari Building in Malad West. The shop is usually quite loud because of the printing machines running. We handle all sorts of everyday things like wedding cards, business cards, and flyers for other local shops. There are stacks of paper everywhere you look, in different colors and thicknesses. The smell of ink is pretty strong, but we don't notice it much anymore. It’s a small space, so we have to stay organized to get the orders out. Sometimes a machine jams or we run out of a specific type of paper, and we have to scramble to get things back on track. Ja Malad West is a fast-moving place, so people are often in a hurry to get their prints. We don't have a marketing team or a polished office. It’s just a place where we do the work, talk to the customers, and make sure the words on the paper are correct. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know where to find us in the Kothari Building. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We just take the orders, run the presses, and hand over the boxes when they are ready. No big corporate stuff here, just a lot of paper and ink and regular daily work to keep the business going.
