We are located in the A-Z Industrial Estate over in Lower Parel. The address is No. 246 on Ganpatrao Kadam Road. It’s a typical Mumbai industrial setup, very busy and always moving. Kiran Knit & Garments Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai has its space here among many other units. You can usually hear the sound of machinery and people working throughout the day. Getting in and out of Lower Parel can be a headache with the traffic, but this is where the action is for garments. Our floor is usually covered with scraps of fabric and rolls of knit material. It’s a productive environment, even if it feels a bit cramped sometimes. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. The lift in the building is old and sometimes takes its time, so we often just take the stairs. There’s a lot of coming and going with suppliers and buyers. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a working factory floor and a small office space. The lunch break is usually the only time it gets quiet. We’ve been part of this estate for quite a while. You get to know the other business owners nearby. It’s a hardworking place where we just focus on getting the garments finished and sent out. Mumbai life is fast, and we just try to keep up with the pace here. We just do our work and go home.
