Kimat Restaurant

We've been at the Dena Bank Building for quite a while now. It's right across from the Colaba Market, which stays pretty busy all day long. People usually find us when they're out doing their shopping or just passing through the Vishwakunj Cross Road area. The place isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot to sit down and eat something. We open up early and stay open until things quiet down at night. It can get a bit loud with all the traffic from the market, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We mostly see the same faces every day, neighbors and people who work nearby. Our tables are simple, and the menu doesn't change much because people seem to like what they usually get. Sometimes the door sticks a bit in the humidity. We try to keep the floors clean even when it's raining outside and everyone is bringing in mud from the street. If you are looking for Kimat Restaurant, just head toward the bank building and look across from the market stalls. We don't have a big sign or anything, but we're there. It's just a small team of us running the kitchen and the front. We do our best to get the food out fast, though sometimes when it's packed, it takes a few extra minutes. It's just a normal restaurant for regular folks who want a meal without any fuss. It’s been our life for years now.
