You can find Kiit School Of Management at B 21, Ivory Height, right on the Lokhandwala Back Road. Being in the Lokhandwala Complex means there is always something going on outside our windows. We are on one of the floors here, and it's mostly filled with desks and some computers for the students to use for their projects. It's a busy place because management studies take up a lot of time and effort. We see students coming in and out all day, usually carrying heavy bags or looking at their notes. The area 400053 is a good spot because of all the coffee shops nearby where students go after their sessions. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people, the common area often has papers and jackets left behind. The staff here is just a small group of us who handle the day-to-day stuff. We aren't a giant university with a stadium; it’s more of a focused space in a residential and commercial building. Sometimes the elevators in Ivory Height are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We spend our mornings setting up the rooms and checking the schedules. It’s practical work. No one wears fancy suits unless there’s a specific reason to. Most of the time it’s just regular clothes and getting through the syllabus. It’s a straightforward way to run a school in this part of Mumbai. We just make sure the students have a place to sit and learn. Nothing else to it really, we just work.
