Khushbu Telecom

Khushbu Telecom is tucked away over at the 9th Cross in Rangadasappa Layout. If you’re familiar with the Bannerghatta Road area near Marol Naka, you probably know how the streets can get a bit confusing sometimes. We’ve got the small shop here where we deal with all sorts of phone stuff. It’s mostly fixing screens or helping people get their SIM cards working properly. A lot of the time, folks just come in for a quick recharge or to look at a new cover. It gets noisy with all the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We aren't some giant retail chain. It’s just us. The space isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We’ve seen a lot of phones come and go over the years. Some are easy to fix and others are just a mess. We try to be straight with people about what can be done. It’s a lot of sitting behind the glass counter and working with small tools. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, but that’s just how it is. It’s a busy neighborhood and we like being right in the middle of it. You see the same faces every week. We keep the shop open late most nights because that’s when people get off work and realize they need something for their mobile. The 9th Cross is a bit of a shortcut for some people, so we see a lot of commuters.
