Our office is tucked away in Mulund West at Sai Santosh Appartment, unit B 11. It’s quite close to the Shanti Industrial Estate, so we’re right in a spot where a lot of business happens. It’s a bit of an older building, but it serves us well for what we need. Dealing with dyes and chemicals means we have a lot of samples and containers sitting around the shelves. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a fancy meeting, but it’s where the real work gets done. We’ve been operating out of Mulund for quite some time now and we know the area like the back of our hand. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses and some residential flats, so it’s a bit of a mix of people coming and going. We keep a regular schedule, starting early and finishing up once the orders for the day are processed. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this line of work, so you’ll usually find someone at a desk buried under folders and files. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a social media person to post things. We just talk to our suppliers and customers directly, usually over the phone or when they stop by the office. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it has worked for us over the years. We just try to keep things organized and make sure we don't mix up any of the orders. It’s a quiet life in the apartment block.
