Khurana Brothers

Khurana Brothers is located at number 45 in the Guru Nanak Market, right across from where the Novelty Cinema used to be on Grant Road. This is one of those old parts of Mumbai that has a lot of character. The market is always crowded, and you can hear the sounds of the street from inside our shop all day long. We’ve been here for quite a while, and the shop has seen a lot of history pass by. It’s not a modern showroom with glass windows and air conditioning. It’s a traditional market shop where things are stacked up and you have to know exactly where to look to find what you need. We handle a lot of different things, and it can get a bit chaotic when there are multiple customers at the counter. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to Grant Road for years. They know us, and we know them. It’s a personal way of doing business that you don't see much of anymore. Between the noise of the traffic and the busy market crowd, there’s never a dull moment. We just keep the doors open and wait to see who walks in next. It’s a humble place, but it is where we work.
