Supermax Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located on the first floor of the Sai Sangeet building, room 104, right on Linking Road in Khar West. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how crowded it gets with all the shoppers and cars. Our office is a small space where we manage our import and export business. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of box files piled up against the walls. We have been here for a long time, and we like the location because it’s easy for our staff to get to. The building is a bit older, so the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for us. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to suppliers on the phone. There is always some paperwork that needs to be filed or a container that is stuck at the port. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of lists and follow-ups. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local group of people trying to keep things moving. We don't really do any advertising; we just rely on the contacts we've made over the years. Linking Road is noisy, but once we get into our work, we don't really notice it much anymore. It's just our regular daily routine.
