We're tucked away in Andheri East, specifically on the 2nd Main Road near the Sheetaladevi Mandir. If you know the 4th Block, you can find us pretty easily. The office is small and usually smells like old paper and the tea we make in the corner. There are always trucks moving around nearby, which makes the ground shake a little. It’s a dusty part of town with all the construction going on lately. We have a big map on the wall that's starting to peel at the edges, and some old wooden desks that have been here longer than I have. People come in to talk about routes and schedules, and there's usually a lot of shouting over the phone because the connection isn't always great. We don't have any fancy software, just some ledgers and a few pens that actually work. It’s a lot of logistics and timing, which can get stressful when a vehicle breaks down somewhere far away. Most of the drivers have been with us for a long time, so we know their families and how they like their coffee. It’s not a corporate setup at all. It’s just a place where work gets done and we try to keep things moving. The fan in the ceiling squeaks, but we've stopped noticing it. That’s just how it is here. We just sit here and manage the loads every day.
