The office is tucked away in Gala No 171 over at Svp Road in Mazgaon, right inside the Dattaprasad Housing Society area. If you know Pune, you know how busy Ganesh Nagar and Chandan Nagar can get, especially near Dongri Char. It’s a lot of coordinating between drivers and people waiting for their goods. The phone doesn't really stop ringing during the day. We have stacks of delivery notes and logbooks piled up on the desks. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit to figure out which truck is going where and when it’s going to arrive. Sometimes things run late because of the traffic on the highway or a flat tire, and we have to deal with that. Our staff mostly just drinks tea and talks to the transporters who drop by. The space is a bit tight with all the files, but it works for us. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. You can usually find a few of us arguing over a route or checking the fuel receipts. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when multiple shipments are happening at once. We just focus on getting the boxes from one point to another without too much trouble. It is a basic transport business run by people who know the roads well and don't care much for fancy talk.
