Kemia Tau (India)

We’re up on the third floor of Sagar Tech Plaza in Sakinaka. It’s in the B-Wing, specifically rooms 309 and 310. If you know the Andheri-Kurla Road, you know how the traffic can be almost any time of day. It's always a bit of a struggle getting to the office in the morning, but once we’re inside, things settle down. Kemia Tau has been here for a bit. We deal with chemicals and industrial supplies. It’s mostly office work here—lots of phone calls, emails, and looking at spreadsheets. We don't have a factory on-site; it’s more about the distribution and the technical side of things. The office is pretty standard. We have some filing cabinets that are overstuffed and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We’re a small group of people. We eat lunch together sometimes at the local places nearby. It’s a lot of technical talk during the day. We have to be very careful with the details because the chemical business is all about the specs. If the numbers are wrong, the customers won't be happy. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to get the orders processed without making any mistakes. It’s a busy life in Andheri, but we like being in the middle of everything. There’s always something happening right outside our window on the main road. The lift in the building is slow, but we've gotten used to it over the years.
