You’ll find KB Karan Restaurant & Bar on MIDC Road in Kalyan, specifically near Gova Naka in the Pimpal Gaon area of Bhiwandi Kalyan. We’re situated in a spot that sees a lot of industrial activity and workers coming through. Because we have both the restaurant and the bar, we get a mix of people looking for a full meal or just a drink before they head home. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have fancy tablecloths or a dress code. Most of our customers are locals or people working in the nearby MIDC area. We spend our days making sure the bar is ready and the kitchen has everything it needs for the lunch and dinner crowds. It’s a lot of work keeping up with both sides of the business, but we’ve got a good routine down now. The neighborhood around Gova Naka is busy, and we’re glad to be a part of it. We just provide a place where you can sit, eat, and maybe have a cold one. We aren't looking to become a chain or anything like that. We’re happy just being the local spot in Kalyan where people know they can get a fair deal. It’s a straightforward life running a place like this. Every morning we start early to make sure everything is prepped before the first customer walks in.
