Karkhanis & Associates

Karkhanis & Associates is located at Flat No 18 in the B Wing of the Rashtra Sar building. We are over in Mulund East on Vanivilas Road, which is directly opposite the Laxmibai English High School. Because of the school across the road, our days are timed by the sounds of the kids playing and the school bells ringing. It is a nice neighborhood to be in and the atmosphere is generally very friendly. Our office is actually a flat, so it has a very homey and informal feel to it. We have shelves full of books and files that have been growing over the years. Karkhanis & Associates is not a place where you will find people in stiff suits or expensive furniture. We prefer to keep things comfortable and down to earth. There is a small balcony where we sometimes take a break and look out at the street. Vanivilas Road is usually quite busy but it calms down in the late evening. We have a small table where we keep the kettle and the tea things. It is just a few of us working together and we have known each other for a long time. We handle a lot of paperwork and we see people coming in and out all day. It is a simple, steady way to work and we like being here.
