Karan Telecom

Karan Telecom is a small shop located at Mehendale Garage Road 17 in Kurla East. We focus on mobile phones, whether it is selling accessories or doing small repairs on screens and batteries. The shop is quite narrow, so if there are more than three or four people inside, it starts to feel very crowded. We have glass counters that are filled with different types of phone cases, chargers, and screen protectors. Most of my day is spent sitting behind a small desk in the back with a tiny screwdriver in my hand. Fixing phones is delicate work, and sometimes my eyes get really tired from looking at those small parts for hours. We also help people with their mobile recharges or when they are having trouble getting their internet to work on their devices. It is a busy street outside with a lot of noise from the vehicles passing by on the garage road. Sometimes the dust from the road blows inside, so I have to wipe down the glass counters a few times a day. We do not have any big corporate backing; it is just a local business that I started to help the people in Kurla East with their technology. It is a lot of work to keep up with all the new phone models, but we do our best. People appreciate having a place nearby where they can get their phones fixed without having to go too far.
