Karamel Unisex Salon

Karamel Unisex Salon is situated on the ground floor of the Primerose Building. We are part of the Lake Homes Shopping Complex on Chandivali Farm Road in Powai. If you are looking for us, we are just outside the Lake Home entrance. It’s a nice area with lots of families and young professionals living in the big apartments nearby. The salon is a decent size, and we get a good mix of men and women coming in for all sorts of things throughout the day. Being in a shopping complex means it’s convenient for people to stop by after they’ve done their grocery shopping or other errands. We have a few stylists who have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the different requests we get, whether it's a simple trim or something else. Powai is a bit more modern than other parts of Mumbai, so we see some different styles here. We don't have a corporate feel at all, it's just a neighborhood shop where people feel comfortable sitting down. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit full on Saturdays, but people don’t seem to mind waiting their turn. We have some old magazines and a water cooler for everyone. It’s a practical place to get your hair colored or just a basic trim. We try to keep the place tidy but with so many people coming through, there’s always work to do.
