You can find Kaptan'S Vistas Engineering Pvt. Ltd. at 103, Jagruti Industrial Estate. We are on Mogul Lane in Mahim West, which is a really busy part of the city. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and businesses, so there is always a hum of machinery in the background. Our unit is number 103, and it’s filled with drawings, tools, and pieces of equipment we use for our engineering projects. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever we are working on. The desks are covered in blue-prints and coffee mugs. Engineering is a lot of measuring and checking things twice, so it can be a bit slow and tedious sometimes. We’ve been in Mahim for quite a while and we like the location because it’s easy for people to get to us. The building is older, so it has its quirks like the occasional leaky pipe or a flickering light in the hallway. We just fix those things ourselves when we have time. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the metal and the math, not on looking important. We spend our days solving technical problems and trying to get the drawings right so the actual building part goes smoothly for everyone involved. Sometimes we work through the night to meet a deadline.
