Kanti Karamsey Co is based over in Nariman Point 412. It’s a well-known area and there are always people moving around outside. Our space is pretty basic inside. We have the usual desks and computers you’d expect to see in any office. Being at Nariman Point 412 means we are right in the middle of everything, which is convenient for getting things delivered or grabbing a quick lunch nearby. We’ve been operating under the name Kanti Karamsey Co for quite some time now. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look more important than we are. We just focus on the work that needs doing. Sometimes the elevator takes a while to get up to our floor, but that’s just part of being in this building. The staff here is small. We all know each other and how we like things done. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but we do keep our heads down and stay busy throughout the week. You won't find any big mission statements on the walls here. We just show up, do the jobs that are assigned to us, and go home to our families in the evening. It’s a simple routine and it works well for us. If someone stops by, we just talk to them like normal people. There’s no script or anything like that. Just regular daily life at the office.
