Dernier Cri Consulting

We’re based on the 18th Floor of the Cyber One Tower. That’s where Dernier Cri Consulting operates from. Being up that high gives you a pretty good view of the surrounding area, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. The tower is one of those modern buildings with lots of glass and security guards at the entrance. It takes a bit of time just to get up the elevator some mornings when everyone is arriving at once. Our office is a mix of desks and a small area where we can sit and talk. We do consulting work, which basically means we help other businesses figure out their problems. It’s a lot of thinking and writing reports. We aren't a massive firm, just a dedicated team that likes solving puzzles. The air conditioning is always on because the sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon. We have a small pantry where we make tea and chat about things other than work sometimes. It’s a professional environment but we try to keep it friendly. You’ll often find us staying late to finish a project before a deadline. It’s a lot of screen time, honestly. But we like the work and the tower is a decent place to spend the day. There’s a food court downstairs that we use quite often for lunch. The commute can be long, but we make it work.
