Naimesh Collections

Naimesh Collections is on the 1st floor of Raghuleela Mall, at shop number 87. This is in Kandivli East. It’s quite different from a street shop because we have the mall environment around us. We open up in the morning and start by tidying up the racks. We have all sorts of clothes on display. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we arrange everything. During the week, it’s mostly quiet until the evening when people come by after work. We spend a lot of time just waiting for customers and making sure the displays look okay. On the weekends, it gets much more crowded with families. Kandivli East has a lot of people living nearby, so we get many regular customers. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who take turns. We don't do any big advertising or have a polished mission. People just see us when they are walking through the mall. It’s a simple life. We help people find the right size or color and we chat a bit. The mall music plays in the background all day long. We just try to keep the shop running well and make sure we have enough stock for the busy days. It’s a decent place to work and we enjoy being here on the first floor. It is a very straightforward clothing business for us.
