Sahil Impex

We've been at No. 212 Kakad Market in Kalbadevi for quite a while now. It’s a busy place, always something happening outside the door. Sahil Impex is just a small setup here. We deal with various items, mostly moving goods in and out. If you know the Kalbadevi area, you know how crowded it gets, but we like it here. It’s where the trade is. Our office isn't anything fancy. Just some desks, stacks of paperwork, and the phone ringing. We handle imports and exports, mostly managing the logistics of getting things from one point to another without too much trouble. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just how it goes with shipping. We try to keep things moving. The market has changed over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s a bit of a maze getting to us if you aren't used to the narrow lanes. Most days are just about checking manifests and talking to transporters. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure the orders are processed correctly. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot and the traffic is bad. But we get through it. We’ve known the neighbors for years. There is a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. If you’re ever around Kakad Market, you’ll find us tucked away on the second floor. It's nothing special, just a regular workplace doing what we do every day.
