Niyati Trading Pvt. ltd is situated on Dady Sheth Agairy Lane. If you’ve ever been down this way, you know the buildings are quite old and the lanes are narrow. We have our office in one of these buildings, and it’s a very traditional place to do business. We focus on general trading, which keeps us on our toes because the market is always shifting. We don't have any fancy signs or a sleek modern office. It’s mostly just wooden desks, some old fans, and a lot of books for keeping records. The atmosphere is very local and we know most of the other traders around here. Every day is a bit different depending on what orders come in. We might be dealing with textiles one day and something else the next. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and negotiating prices. The lane outside is always packed with people and handcarts, so getting things delivered can be a bit of a challenge. We just take it as it comes and try to keep our customers happy with the service we provide. It’s a lot of hard work and we don't really have any shortcuts. We’ve been doing this for a while and we plan to stay here for much longer.
