We are located over at the Ijima Complex, which is tucked behind the GS Club on Link Road. It is unit 828, so you have to head up a bit to find us. Sakinaka and Malad West can be quite a maze if you aren't used to the traffic and all the small roads connecting the main stretches. Our space isn't huge, but it's where we keep all the jewelry and the tools we use for repairs and small adjustments. We have glass cases set up along the walls to show the pieces we have in stock. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. People mostly find us through word of mouth. A customer will come in for a ring or a necklace and then tell their cousin about us. That’s how we've kept going all these years. We don't do big TV ads or have a glossy catalog. It is just a local business where we know our customers by name. Sometimes the lights in the complex flicker a bit, and the hallways can be a little dim, but once you step inside our shop, it's bright enough to see the fine details of the work. We try to be helpful when someone is looking for something specific, even if we don't have it right then. It is a busy life here in Malad and we just keep at it.
