Kaiser Telecom

Kaiser Telecom is right in the middle of the bustle at Crawford Market, specifically at Ankur Road 20/B. If you know Crawford Market, you know it is never quiet. There are always people shouting, horns honking, and the smell of the market in the air. Our shop at 20/B is a small unit where we keep all kinds of telecom equipment and mobile accessories. The space is narrow, so we have shelves going all the way up to the ceiling to hold all the stock. Most of the day is spent helping people find specific parts or explaining how a certain piece of gear works. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a small table fan running that makes a clicking noise. Because we are on Ankur Road, we get a lot of people just passing through who stop in because they saw something in the window. We try to keep the display as organized as possible, but in such a small space, things tend to get cluttered quickly. There is always something happening outside the door, whether it’s a delivery being unloaded or a crowd of shoppers blocking the way. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just show the products, tell people the price, and handle the sales. It is a typical market shop experience where everything is fast and a bit messy, but we get the work done.
