Kadamba Transport Corporation Ltd

Kadamba Transport Corporation Ltd is based out of Kalbadevi. We are near the Income Tax office and right next to Cama Hospital. This is one of the oldest and busiest parts of the city. The streets are narrow and the buildings have that old Bombay look. Working here means you are always in the middle of a crowd. You can hear the sirens from the hospital and the constant honking of cars and scooters. Our office is quite traditional. We have heavy wooden desks and old-style cupboards. It is not a place for modern decor or fancy lights. We focus on transport, so there is a lot of scheduling and logbooks involved. It is a lot of manual work still. We have a lot of people walking in to ask about routes or timings. The atmosphere is a bit serious because of the nearby government offices. We don't have much space for a break room, so we usually just eat at our desks. The tea here is strong and keeps us going through the afternoon. It is a very lived-in office. You can see the history in the cracks in the walls. We don't try to hide it. It is just part of being in Kalbadevi. We do our best to keep things moving and get the job done. The days go by fast when there is so much happening right outside the door every single day.
