K S Manyam

K S Manyam is located at Loomtex House right on Gheekanta Road. It is a busy spot and there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside our windows. We have a small space here where we handle our daily business. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to the rhythm of the road after a few weeks. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and cabinets that have been with us since the beginning. There isn’t much in the way of decor, just the calendars and maybe a clock that is always a few minutes fast. Fort is a central area, so it is easy for people to get to us, even if parking is a total disaster. We usually eat our lunch at our desks while we talk about the news or the weather. It is a very informal environment. We are just a few people trying to keep things organized. The building shows its age, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We don't see a reason to move to a newer place when this works just fine for what we do. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It is a practical way to run a business in this part of the city. There are no big meetings or corporate speeches here. We just focus on the folders in front of us and get home before the evening rush starts.
